How Blubber Works

Whilst learning about animals from the Arctic and Antarctic, we learned how blubber worked! We used a bag filled with fat (with another bag inserted to keep our hands clean!) and compared our 'blubber' wrapped hand to our bare hand to see which felt coldest in the iced water.
