We have a range of primary specialist SLE's/NLE/NLG's who can support teaching & learning in your school.  This support is bespoke to you, and some of the ways we have supported schools include:

• Delivering bespoke training on aspects of mastery (such as Questioning in Maths, Concrete – Pictorial – Abstract, Bar Modelling) – INSET and twilight events 
• Joint planning (and delivery) with teachers
• Subject training for support assistants
• Support for introducing Singapore textbooks
• Coaching for ‘Outstanding’
• Individual teacher support
• Leadership support
• Subject Reviews
• Leadership reviews
• Behaviour modification
• Outdoor Learning
• Creative curriculum

Lindens Primary School offers:

We have experienced and skilled leaders at all levels within the Alliance, including National Leaders of Education (NLE), Local Leaders of Education (LLE) and National Leader of Governance (NLG). Specialist Leaders of Education (SLE) are also on hand to provide high quality direct coaching and support with particular areas of school improvement relating to Early Years, Behaviour management, Maths, Creative, SEND, CPD and Initial Teacher Training.

We have a proven track record in providing successful high quality support to various schools in the local authority and beyond.  We work in partnership with other outstanding providers of: education, Walsall LA, training and professional learning, including the National College of Leadership and the University of Wolverhampton.

The cost per day is brokered on a school to school basis, which is paid by the supported school to the supporting school.
